Our Journey & Philosophy
PIND PAHADI Cafe & Restaurant was born out of a desire to serve food that evokes nostalgia for rural Indian home cooking ("Pind") while integrating the pristine, clean, herb-infused essence of the Himalayas ("Pahadi").
Our kitchen operates under strict hygiene guidelines, using premium high-altitude ingredients. We avoid processed artificial colorings and additives. Instead, our recipes get their vibrant shades and complex taste profiles from authentic mountain herbs like Jakhiya, Jamboo, and wild garlic chives sourced directly from farming families in Himachal and Uttarakhand.
We maintain state-of-the-art kitchen safety standards. Every ingredient is inspected, thoroughly washed, and sanitized.
